feat: integrate GoodReserve widget into GoodWallet

• Add @goodwidget/goodreserve-widget@0.1.2 and register goodwidget.goodreserve (/{locale}/goodreserve).
• Wire Next.js transpilePackages, Celo/XDC provider policy, and dashboard visibility via NEXT_PUBLIC_GOODRESERVE_WIDGET_DASHBOARD_ENABLED.
• Cover registry identity, validation, dashboard gating, and shared provider methods in tests.
