This CL expands the GEMINI.md to:
(1) read the full bug report via
crbug.com/that's publicly available to read without specialized MCPs(2) pick an appropriate template that matches the original bug report closely,
(3) modify the actions as necessary to tweak target environment and packages, and
(4) include a full end to end workflow to run through a regression report and confirm it.
