You might want to look first at the more recent GF android app, GF Offline Translator. This app will currently not work since it relies on a deprecated library.
PhraseDroid is an interactive phrasebook application. It is able to translate commonly used sentences between 15 languages: Bulgarian, Catalan, Danish, Dutch, English, Finnish, French, German, Italian, Norwegian, Polish, Romanian, Spanish, Swedish and Urdu. This application demonstrate the use of the GrammaticalFramework on smartphones. It is based on the Molto Phrasebook.
