Add GOV.UK One Login to Play Integrity API list

The UK Government's new One Login app is being rolled out for some services this year, providing identity verification and digital wallets (e.g. digital driving licences.)

Alongside the Play Store URL, I've also added a link to a relevant issue on the
Government Digital Service's GitHub repo.

Mandatory ID verification for new company directors and PSCs goes live tomorrow (2025-11-18); this affects anyone setting up a business in the UK.

If you’re registering a new company, you’ll be asked to provide the Companies House personal code for each director as part of the registration filing.

... Companies House has confirmed that mandatory identity verification checks will be phased in from 18
November 2025 using One Login or an ACSP. It is to be hoped this will provide a template for
other services benefitting from Identity Verification, for example property transactions, shares and
other valuable asset registries, and government to citizen services possibly including proving
entitlements to healthcare and benefits.
