Wallet Sub wallet API

Intent is to allow the third party users to transfer trees without having to give out any of their donor/customer information.

A wallet and sub-wallets can be created by a third party system.

For example, Greensteps creates sub-wallets for their users. Security for their users is then on Greenstep. Greensteps users can send their tree to any other wallet/sub-wallet in the system. This allows for the creation of animosity in the wallet handles. There is nothing that prevents Greensteps from creating lots of wallet handles for the same set of users.
