Description
Added a UI mockup for the Capture Matching interface showing proposed improvements to help reviewers make faster and more confident match decisions.

Issue
What is the current behavior?
Reviewers see candidate trees with no guidance on how likely a match is. Distance, grower info, and capture history must be mentally pieced together.
What is the new behavior?
The mockup proposes a Strong / Moderate / Weak match strength indicator, GPS distance badge, capture history summary, score breakdown, and a clear "This is a New Tree" button.
