Additions in buses 107 and 118 seem to be generators from group U355 according to gen.csv and not U350.

U350 in the original system is a STEAM unit that runs on coal while U355 (as shown in gen.csv) is a CC unit that runs on NG. There is a similar inconsistency in Table III of the paper "The IEEE Reliability Test System: A Proposed 2019 Update".
