This commit adds test coverage for updating an activity via the API. Specifically, it adds tests for updating the description, finished status, and due date of an activity. The tests are written using RSpec and verify that the API endpoint correctly updates the activity and returns the updated resource.

To be checked, is Token even a valid auth scheme or is this meant to be Bearer. If it is meant to be Bearer, how are the seed create specs working. |
