Name modules more consistently

Based on #33

This branch renames the modules to a more consistent, lowercase naming scheme:

src
  - lighthouse
    - constants.ts
    - protocol.ts (previously types.ts)
    - websocket.ts (previously LighthouseWebsocket.ts)
