Add some more examples to benchmark/regression-test different projects for 'Couldn't find symbol for ...' and start-up time

When using puncover with some project using some nested CMake's or C++ I get a lot of 'Couldn't find symbol for'.
Also as mentioned here #101 some project take a long time to start.

Two example projects I have values for are:

• Prusa-Firmware-Buddy - gives 3500 'Couldn't find symbol for'-s and takes 20+ minutes to start on my Laptop (AMD4750U)
• cannectivity - gives 560 'Couldn't find symbol for'-s and starts after 5 seconds - so no issue on the startup time here :)

• [PX4-Autopilot](https://github.com/PX4/PX4-Autopilot - using Nuttx

If someone has more ideas happy to add more :)

So there could be an overview if given path and symbol expressions decreases the number of symbols not found as a regression and the startup times could be monitored and tracked over any changes as well .

Could those two be already some projects to use as examples/benchmarks in addition to the two existing ones?

Do you have any others in mind or generally agree this could be useful ^^?
