FEC encoding (see 8.4.9.2). Bit interleaving (see 8.4.9.3). Repetition (see 8.4.9.5), only applied to QPSK modulation. Modulation (see 8.4.9.4). Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiple Access (OFDMA); Inverse Fast Fourier Transform (iFFT)
