Adds off-grid-mobile to the LLM Applications section.

About the project

off-grid-mobile is an open source React Native app (MIT) that runs LLMs, vision models, and image generation fully on-device on iOS and Android. No internet connection, no cloud API, no data leaves the phone.

• On-device LLM chat (text-to-text, multimodal vision)
• On-device image generation (Stable Diffusion via Core ML on iOS)
• Built on llm.rn / llama.cpp under the hood
• MIT license, actively maintained

Fits alongside MNN-LLM as a concrete mobile application (not just an inference framework) that demonstrates on-device LLM deployment on phones.
