…lization calls. Also adds in better default log level handling.
Change default debug-mode log level to debug.
…action prints from being logged to the log file. Fixed non-existent version detection not triggering regen. Tweaked Windows console allocation to be later in extraction flow and added release-gated `FreeConsole()` calls after the extraction flow ends.
