"Targetable Gold Skulltula" Cheat

This Pull Request adds a cheat that enables Z-Targeting the Gold Skulltulas. Using C-Up on them will display Navi's unused enemy description.

Should this be considered a cheat? Seems more like just a QoL enhancement.

I consider it as a cheat due to these reasons:

• When you get near a Gold Skulltula (that already exists in the map) with this cheat, Navi immediately flies toward one and a targeting arrow appears, making GS's position immediately obvious. (Unlike the normal game where you're mainly told their presence through their sound)
• You're not required to manually aim your Slingshot/Boomerang/Hookshot/Bow anymore for many cases.
