Docs: Improve QA Documents

Acceptance Criteria

• Improves the Desktop Wallet QA with recent improvements and fixes
• Reformats all the QA documents so that they share the same structure
• Simplifies the tests, removing excessive details that will later be validated by automated visual tests

Note

ReOwn tests are still not available for QA. They can be added in the next PR

Security Checklist

• Make sure you do not include new dependencies in the project unless strictly necessary and do not include dev-dependencies as production ones. More dependencies increase the possibility of one of them being hijacked and affecting us.
