An Automated Marker-Assisted Prediction Approach for Suicidal Ideation

This repository contains the code and pipeline for the SNet-10 model, which is a hybrid deep learning model for predicting suicidal ideation. The model is validated using a Graph Convolution Network (GCN).

SNet-10 Model

The SNet-10 model is implemented in the Jupyter Notebook file. This notebook contains the code for the model architecture, training, and evaluation.
