PR Description
Fixes styling and colours across the app for consistency, and ensuring styling is driven from the core theme and not overriden at a component level.
Also updates to Tailwind 4.
Most of the differences of these changes are in the small detail, but they add up to create a unified user experience, but also makes the code more maintainable and consistent across the app.
For example - before if you added a new button somewhere, it would look different than all the other buttons. Now, it is consistent.
