Bob's Buddy:
- Fixed issue that caused high usage of cpu.
- Fixed incorrect simulation results where:
- Determined Defender deathrattle was not buffing adjacent minions properly when killed via cleave damage
- Skulking Bristlemane deathrattle was not properly playing blood gems on adjacent minions when killed via cleave damage
- Greater Lorewalker Scroll trinket was being used in place of Lesser Lorewalker Scroll trinket
- Sinrunner Blanchy was missing additional passive stats on reborn
- Bloodbound Earrings trinket was causing the simulator to fail
- War Drum trinket remaining uses per turn was not checked correctly
- Lurking Leviathan was missing initial/base attack buff
- Added simulation support for Bubble Crown trinket
- Added simulation support for Chef's Choice tavern spell
- Added simulation support for Temporal Tampering quest reward
- Added simulation support for Lesser Lorewalker Scroll trinket
