The merge results table only rendered per-repo sub-rows when repoResults.length >= 2, hiding Wave 3 results when only one repo had tasks. Changed threshold to >= 1.

Wave 3 merge showed 'succeeded' but no lane details when only one repo was involved. 828 tests.
