We got a issue on having env parse using
RPC_URL_{CHAIN_ID}orRPC_URL_{CHUNK}on server.So now we stick into
PROVIDER_URL_{}as flag for env prefix.cli
by default we use cairo format file, and if we add flag it will return not format
