Update runtime version and missing strings

This PR fixes 2 things with translations:

• currently, some translations are missing in the locale files, so trying to commit anything locally fails with the i18n command complaining about it (some zoom string)
• many translations mention flatpak runtime 24.08 (I know we want to use a template with a variable, but that's also kinda broken if I remember right, so this is a small improvement we can do while that other issue is fixed)
