Changed properties for ActionButtons to use up-to-date properties for KDE 6. Tested and verified works on: KDE neon 6.2

Note: SDDM will not use Beauty Solar icons, the Utterly Sweet cursor, or the Utterly Round plasma style unless they are all installed globally AND have them configured in the following files:
