Made several fixes by looking up duplicate web addresses.
Changelog:
"Purdue Global University" & "Purdue Global University (Student Email)" merged.
"Central Methodist College" renamed to "Central Methodist University" and fixed domain.
Fixed domain for "Indian Institute of Information Technology, Guwahati".
"Kanpur University" removed since it is now known as "Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University".
Updated domain & web_pages for "Adana Science and Technology University".
"INSEAD" & "Institut privé d'enseignement supérieur" merged since they are the same.
Removed duplicate entry for "Cambrian College".
"Inteli" & "Instituto de Tecnologia e Liderança - Inteli" merged since they are the same.
"City St George's, University of London" & "City St George's, University of London (II)" merged and removed wrong domains.
Removed duplicate entry for "Trinity College Bristol"
