bundle: require more lazily

• Have you added an explanation of what your changes do and why you'd like us to include them?
• Have you written new tests for your changes? Here's an example.
• Have you successfully run brew style with your changes locally?
• Have you successfully run brew typecheck with your changes locally?
• Have you successfully run brew tests with your changes locally?

This will hopefully make using brew bundle a little bit snappier.

Unfortunately this doesn't seem to make brew bundle check reliably faster yet, so I'm still looking for tweaks here that would improve this.

Thanks @carlocab! Think it's worth merging as-is because the "require hygiene" here is much better.
