    I resolved this to "/home/linuxbrew/.cache/Homebrew/cargo_cache/registry/src/index.crates.io-1949cf8c6b5b557f/v8-140.0.0/build/rust/known-target-triples.txt".

v8 140.0.0 and 140.1.1 crate looking for the file known-target-triples.txt but it doesn't exist at the crate files.
I am not sure how v8 crate created, but the error message indicates that the file seems required.
