docs: update landing page for CLI v1.2.0

What does this PR do?

This PR updates the landing page to reflect the latest CLI version and features by:

• Updating the hero version badge from v1.1.1 to v1.2.0
• Updating the demo terminal to showcase the runCommand tool
• Adding documentation cards for :
  • appendFile
  • deleteFile
  • runCommand
• Updating the tools count from 4 to 7

Type of change

• Refactor

How to test it

1. Open the landing page in a browser.
2. Verify the hero section displays v1.2.0.
3. Navigate to the Tools section and confirm the new tool cards are present.
4. Verify the Stats section shows 7 tools.
5. Check that the demo terminal now demonstrates the runCommand tool.

v1.1.1 is missing from the releases list, it should sit between v1.2.0 and v1.1.0. Please add it. Check the releases in the repo as a reference.
