Web Animations API is effectively the HTML5 standard replacement for most of the functionality of doing programming animation via `jQuery.animate()`

Web Animations API is effectively the HTML5 standard way of making animation programmatically, similar to original way via
jQuery.animate().It does require 2020+ browsers.
