Postgres 14 is the latest from DO at the moment and does not work with Hubs right now. A db server with v11 has to be created first.

I'm also just not sure how to make this happen at the time of stack creation. Something in the hubs-ops arbortect service possibly? This README change isn't needed if there's a code change to force Postgres version. |
