HF Agent PR Review가 main에서 동작하므로 임시 harness는 더 이상 필요하지 않습니다. 이 파일 때문에 다른 PR의 push에도HF Agent Pre-Merge E2E 161skipped check가 표시되고 있었습니다.범위
