• Traditional Chinese Medicine Formulation - ncit:C129986
• Physiology-Regulatory Factor - ncit:C1899
• Drug or Chemical by Structure - ncit:C1913

Although this is a breaking change to the medication_ontology.json schema, the ontology source update is not in the list of breaking changes in the examples/sample_property_migrations.json, therefore this change doesn't need to be captured in property_migrations.json for now, according to Specific how-to for making changes - 5

Note: We currently don't have a process for capturing breaking changes not included in the above categories, such as changing the type of a field from a string to a number or from free text to ontology. Therefore such changes don't need to be captured in property_migrations.json for now.
