I'm pinning it to
0.13.3. The CLI was broken for awhile because the Typescript SDK had changed in an incompatible way and when you^0.x.0it will apparently pull more recent minor versions. Also to satisfy the types the streaming now handles (ignores) snippets without a generation id.
