Beta 2 Release

This v1.0.0 Beta 2 of the Cloud Pak specification.

This release includes enhancements and bug fixes:

• Add version annotations to each resource, updating them to v1.1.0 (Note: the version in the resources is unrelated to the spec version)
• Update instructions on how to update without disruptions.
• Update SCCs to be update compatible without unbinding users.
• Update PSP API Group from extensions to policy.
• Add new runAsGroup to PSPs.
• Fix incorrect defaultAllowPrivilegeEscalation value in SCCs
• Fix forbiddenSysctls values for the ibm-hostpath-anyuid and ibm-hostaccess-anyuid SCC

Initial beta release

This is the first tagged release of the cloud-pak specification. This includes:

• Pod Security Definitions for Red Hat OpenShift and standard Kubernetes.
• Sample utilities for introspecting pod security policies and security context constraints
• Packaging specifications
• Community specifications
