In this release, backward compatibility was broken and the function used in github.com/IBM/mathlib was moved to another location. Signed-off-by: Fedor Partanskiy <fedor.partanskiy@atme.com>

In this release, backward compatibility was broken and the function used in github.com/IBM/mathlib was moved to another location.
I have now met in one repository github.com/IBM/mathlib and github.com/consensys/gnark-crypto v0.18.0. And they don't work together. This change will fix it.
