This loads the tsv table from IDR/idr.openmicroscopy.org#218 and builds a html table from it.
Page is shown at
/download_urls/.When the page loads, we ping every "http.." link on the page - 404s are shown in red, others in green.
This identifies https://ftp.ebi.ac.uk/pub/databases/IDR/idr0170-rose-mibitof and https://ftp.ebi.ac.uk/pub/databases/IDR/idr0047-neuert-yeastmrna as being 404
