This minimal PR adds a VCS merge hint for the property
IDetectNeedToRunManually.__hash. As with other properties storing hash values (aka checksums), merge conflicts on hash values are inevitable when nodes are changed on two branches, and the hash has to be recomputed anyway. See the ticket #1483 for a more detailed analysis.Closes #1483.
