Fixed the import option in CAM broken in last update.

Update of the whole repo.
Some of the changes specifically done to the repo are:
- After a lot of time finally got the whole repo more organized
- RenderEclipseExtractor tool has been renamed to Climax ARC Manager to avoid confusions
- Added an automatic building process to the repo
- Rewrote big chunks of the code main tool (CAM) code as all this time helping to the Silent Hill 1 decompilation has teached me a lot of basic C which I didn't knew and also made a lot of reduntant/unnecesary code decisions
I don't remember all the changes done to the tools, I think some of them are:
DataSplitter- Specify in Origins case when anRWSfile is an audio file so people can use it with this tool https://github.com/iluny1/SilentHillOrigins_PS2_AudioExtractorCAM- Fixed the bug that made impossible to extract the last file in ARC filesCAM- The load file option has been disabled (if it was even available in the previous version) as currently is an experimental feature which can have broken results

Changelog:
- New import option (Available for all games*)
* Silent Hill: Shattered Memories requires modify the file information table inside the game's main executable (*.dol [Wii], EBOOT.BIN [PSP] or *.ELF [PS2]) in order to apply changes, if this changes are not applied the game will crash on boot.
Side note: this update is kind of rushed, the tool could not properly work and there is no indicative of when the file has been modified.
