Basic SensorTagCollectorThread with auto-reconnect mechanism.

Thanks for the great work ! I'm connecting to my SensorTag with your library.
SensorTag is causing frequent disconnects which causes serious problems when connected with IoT agents. I've added a simple retry mechanism that I'm using. I've tested it with all kind of disconnect scenarios and it is always re-connecting with the device successfully.
