I had to modify some of the solution files to make it compatible with the new version of the addin maker. I have never made an add-on before so god knows what I broke regarding getting the actual package creation working. However I did update the code to accept height, and if no height is provided it reverts to the previous technique of using width in place of height. This is to ensure backward compatibility with the previous multiplier file versions.
