Ignore stars from before the bot joined the guild

• When checking to post a message to then starboard, the bot checks if the message is from before it joined and stops if so.
• This is to prevent users from clogging up the starboard by starring old messages.

Definitely an option and I can definitely see the value for guilds that aren't transitioning between starboard bots.

I might take a look at that in the morning, getting late rn.

Hmm, instead of just limiting to before the bot joined the guild, how about a configurable option to ignore stars before X date. (date format or something like 1M/1w)

If the message timestamp is past 1 month/week.
Or if the message is past the date provided.
