This pull request adds support for adding different reactions to listen for instead of just ⭐

Update schema.prisma and created a migration
Update imports to be ES module compatible
Restrict max number of custom reactions to 20
Restrict emojis to be a part of the guild (could be unnecessary)
Add /reaction settings commands
Update /leaderboard
Add information about the emoji that was reacted in the crossposted message
Remove debug console.logs
Test for a while in the wild
