* Created `.github/workflows/test-build-apalis-imx8-stable-manually.yml` * Defines manual workflow dispatch for scarthgap release. * Builds and tests WPE 2.46 for `apalis-imx8`. * Updated `conf/distro/poky-wayland.conf`: * Added `upstream` to `DISTROOVERRIDES`. * Introduced `IMX_DEFAULT_BSP` set to `mainline`. * Added `conf/templates/template/bblayers/bblayers.conf.toradex`: * Defined layer configurations for NXP and TI BSPs. * Modified `manifest-scarthgap.xml`: * Added Toradex and ARM layer projects with specific revisions. * Introduced meta-toradex-nxp, meta-toradex-ti, and meta-toradex-bsp-common.
