Increase 'swipe-threshold' and 'scroll-threshold' expected values#91

Test 'Test Check Browser Touch Scroll Using Uinput' sometimes fail due to a small difference of 1 or 2 pixels. Increase values from 8px to 10px for platforms '2.50' and 'generic' (these values are already much higher for 'wandboard-mesa' (15px)).
