ContentSnap has been updated with enhanced summarization capabilities and important bug fixes!

  • 🔹 Special Character Bug Fix - Resolved critical issue where special characters and unicode content were not properly processed

📦 Installation Instructions

  1. Download the ContentSnap-v1.1.0-extension.zip file
  2. Extract the ZIP file to a folder
  3. Open your browser's extension page:
    • Chrome: chrome://extensions/
    • Edge: edge://extensions/
    • Firefox: about:debugging
  4. Enable "Developer mode" (Chrome/Edge) or click "This Firefox" (Firefox)
  5. Click "Load unpacked" and select the extracted folder
  6. Pin the extension to your toolbar and start summarizing!

🐛 Known Issues

  • Minor UI inconsistencies on some Firefox themes (cosmetic only)
  • Large articles (>10,000 words) may take slightly longer to process with the new model
