Changed emulation to emulate 8 trackers instead of 3 due to NeosVR allowing up to 8 tracking points.

Top is if you want to patch your pre-existing installation (only modified dll, place in SteamVR\drivers\kinectV2\bin\win64)

Bottom is if you don't feel like downloading the original driver this is forked from (includes everything you need)

only 64 bit is supported.
