📄 Public Reports

The project was developed across four thematic modules, each producing a public report. A final consolidated report covers the whole project.

Module Theme Report
Module 1 Market Exploration and Project Definition Public Report — Module 1
Module 2 Solution Conception and MVP Development Public Report — Module 2
Module 3 Productization, Technical Validation, and Commercial Structuring Public Report — Module 3 (PDF) · Word
Module 4 Multi-Tenant Productization and Commercial Scaling Public Report — Module 4 (Word)
Final Consolidated full-project report — TCC delivery Final Report (PDF) · Word

The final consolidated report (Public_Report_Final.pdf / .docx) is the main document for the TCC delivery: it consolidates the four modules, adds a Results and Evidence section (operational telemetry, market sizing, and value-based pricing), a Limitations and Future Work section, and figures (Business Model Canvas, Value Proposition Canvas, conceptual multi-tenant architecture, and the design system).

🧭 About the Project

Kavex is a Service-First, Product-Next B2B startup that automates the issuance and receipt of Electronic Service Invoices (NFS-e) for the Brazilian international trade sector. Starting from applied consultancy to learn the domain in depth, the project evolved into a cloud-native, multi-tenant Service as a Software (SaaSo) platform that embeds itself in the client's operation and delivers an operational outcome rather than a self-service tool.

The architecture, results, and strategy are documented in the reports above. Client operations referenced in the reports are presented in anonymized form.
