Update to new cardano-api's module structure. Remove usages of partial IsString instances.

Description

This PR removes fromString invocations in cardano-testnet which are partial, where are not necessary. TxId is used instead of String carrying its hex representation.

Integrates changes from:

• Remove partial instances cardano-api#842
• Refactor: rename module structure accordingly to ADR-009 cardano-api#840
• Update to new cardano-api's modules structure. Remove partial instances cardano-cli#1202
