Since we split the multi-platform builds across runners we no longer need a CI group.
I marked this PR as a minor bump because I deleted the
4.1.0release when #420 merged since cantaloupe was failing to build due to this docker bake CI group attempting to do some multi-platform build steps due to the docker bakeTARGETthat was being set in GitHub Actions.
