Removed multiple tesseract-ocr-data language packages from the Dockerfile. Since we can't pass what language to use to the hypercube microservice yet anyway, just remove non-english which is the only one that can get used anyway
Removed PHP PECL AMQP version from Dockerfile.
We don't seem to use this at all

Adding all the OS dependencies in the drupal image increases the image size from
326MB->652MB.Relates to Islandora/documentation#2395
