Change 76 inputs to 131 inputs; need to add in additional descriptions of carbon inputs in input file for the ReadMe.
Changed bool true/false to int 1/0; removed extant, large, commented code block; changed carbon debugging message to run if diagnostics flag = 1
Carbon bool changed to int. Debugging messages set to only print if input diagnostics flag set to 1.

Updating documentation for managed land processing
This commit simply enables me to create a new branch for testing the separate carbon calc functionality
Merging the carbon calc option branch to make some edits and test it for final merge into the managed carbon branch.
Added simple flag to toggle carbon processing on or off
Updating readme with edits related to carbon updates
Adding additional documentation for managed carbon
