Added a more elegant fix to the select/control element ordering that was proposed by @quiltedgnives in #107. Recommend merging #107 ahead of this one so he can get the contribution credit. |

Corrected setting y attribute on fullRect and moved select above controls so controls would always render over the SVG.
Resolves #117 which provides screenshots of the issue described.
